Very nice, quiet, rural place to stay just north of Rye.

We stayed for two nights and I recommend it to anyone who wants to find home comfort, peace and a beautiful view. Close distance to town. Delicious breakfast prepared by Jo who is always smiling and welcoming.

A very quiet place. Those who prefer solitude will be just as impressed as we are. By car, you can quickly reach interesting places. The hosts are very helpful and accommodating. We feel very comfortable and can honestly recommend the accommodation.

Chris runs the property with great love and dedication, taking time for his guests. The property is just a few minutes from the nearest town, Rye. The location is absolutely peaceful. The rooms are very spacious and clean. And the breakfast is excellent. There were four of us staying, so we booked the house to capacity. The garden, a lounge, and the breakfast room were all available to us exclusively.

This is in a quiet area about 5miles from Rye. A fishing lake is within walking distance.
